I couldn't wait, we were going on holiday and not just any holiday, a holiday to PARIS.
I was packing my things when mum called me down with a dull look on her face, Me and your father have to stay, we have work all week and cant take any time off. I couldn't believe it, the disappointing feeling inside me took over. Mum said i could still go but i had to go with Aunt Anne the horrible stuck up aunt of them all. I wanted to go really badly but not with Aunt Anne, I sighed deciding what to do.
The next day I decided what to do, i was going to go. I packed my toiletries and magazines for the journey, while mum phoned Aunt Anne. Aunt Anne didn't seem very happy i was going but agreed just so she could get a free trip to France. When she came i realised the mistake i had made, she was wearing a large dark frock with a deep frown to show her love for me. I Kissed mum and dad goodbye, and sang the fishy song to my goldfish Suzy and set off. It was afternoon by the time we got to the first service station. Aunt Anne bought herself a salad pot a sausage roll and a coffee, guess what she bought me, a reduced chocolate bar that went out of date yesterday. We carried on driving when it began to become dark, I would have thought we would have been there been there by now. We had been driving all day and i remember when i went with dad to a interview near Paris before it only took 5 hours we left at nine and we got there and two. This time we left at eight and it was now nine at night. I asked Aunt Anne if she knew where she was going, she just snapped at me and said don't be cheeky. After about an hour after it was nearly pitch black dark and there was no other cars about, the car started to get slower until it stopped fully, we had ran out of petrel. Aunt Anne blamed me saying i used up all her petrel money with my 29p chocolate bar. I didn't say anything. We were stranded.
LOVED THIS STORY! please write a part two, I want to know if they get to Paris or not!
